Any decision based on such information is the sole responsibility of the User (i.e. user of this App Henceforth mentioned as User). By using the information in this App or any information collected through the PCIL authorized information centres, PCIL officials or whosoever related to PCIL, User agree that PCIL will not be liable for any inaccuracies or omissions or any direct, special, indirect or consequential damages or losses, or any other damages or losses of whatsoever kind resulting from whatever cause through the use of any information obtained either directly or indirectly from PCIL App or through Authorized information centres, PCIL officials or whosoever related to PCIL, and any decisions based on such information are the sole responsibility of the User.
And Whereas PCIL does not promote any Cement Seller / Engineer / Architect / Mason or Whosoever, through the App. Name and other details of Cement Sellers / Engineers / Architects / Masons or Whosoever mentioned in the App, are only for information purpose and Penna Cement Industries Ltd will not be responsible for any dispute arising out of any transaction made with Cement Sellers / Engineers / Architects / Masons or Whosoever, whose details are available in the App. In case any dispute arises, it has to be settled between User and concerned Cement Sellers / Engineers / Architects / Masons or Whosoever and the User understands and agrees that PCIL will not be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential damages or losses, or any other damages or losses of whatsoever kind resulting from whatever cause.
And Whereas User understands and agrees that for using the App, User has to share User’s personal information to PCIL from time to time along with User (’s) current geographical-coordinates, captures through the GPS sensor of the User (’s) mobile and User authorizes PCIL to use these information for commercial purposes which may not be limited to purview of the App.
And Whereas User understands and agrees that by using the App, User may be contacted by Cement Sellers / Engineers / Architects / Masons / PCIL officials or Whosoever concern, over User (‘s) mobile/phone or User (‘s) Emails at any point of time and User will not have any objection in this regard.
And Whereas by downloading, installing and using the App, User cannot claim for any Membership, Direct / Indirect benefit, Privilege, Discounts, or whatsoever from PCIL or Whomsoever.
And Whereas PCIL doesn’t provide any performance guarantee for the App in any term whatsoever and will not be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential damages or losses, or any other damages or losses of whatsoever kind resulting from installing this App.
And Whereas PCIL at its discretion can refuse to register / can deregister / refuse access to any registered user at any point of time without stating any reason and will not be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential damages or losses, or any other damages or losses of whatsoever kind resulting from whatever cause.
And Whereas User understands and agrees that User will not misuse / misrepresent PCIL or any of PCIL (‘s) offering and will not malign image of any PCIL stakeholder or whosoever concern and in whatsoever term , failing which PCIL may at its liberty take appropriate legal action against User within the course of Law.
And Whereas User will not share/ reproduce any content / concept / information / contact whatsoever maintained in the App or in any other concerned document without written permission from PCIL.
And Whereas Accepting the above mentioned terms and conditions are mandatory for the User to register and use the App and all concerned activities.
By pressing the below “I Accept” button User agrees to follow all the Terms & Conditions mentioned above, failing which PCIL may at its liberty take appropriate legal action against User within the course of Law.
All E-confirmations done are as good as paper confirmation on Proof of Delivery and Monthly Payment Confirmation where the user Confirms.
All Payments made by the user are non refundable on proof of delivery.
In case of any disputes arose between the PCIL and the user, the place of jurisdiction shall be at Hyderabad only.
